Aptar Beauty expands its Advance Collection with Novus Advance, a full-polyolefin cosmetic pump for hair and body care that is recyclable in the PET and PE streams when paired with compatible HDPE, PP, or PET bottles. The full plastic cartridge and external bellow technology delivers consistent dispensing of 350 μl and 500 μl doses across oils, creams, and serums while its twist-to-lock, cap-free design supports e-commerce requirements through ISTA-6 compliance.

Global leader in dispensing systems Aptar Beauty expands its Advance Collection, a new generation of all-plastic pumps designed to maximize recyclability. First introduced in 2025, the Advance dispensing solutions are suitable with the main plastic recycling streams while preserving the iconic design, dispensing quality and consumer experience of our best-selling products. Building on the recent launches of the GSA Advance dispensing pump and the PZ Advance spray pump, the Novus Advance cosmetic pump brings this innovative all-polyolefin platform to hair and body care.
A Full-Plastic Cosmetic Pump Designed For Recyclability
Novus Advance features an innovative full-polyolefin cartridge combining Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE), making it fully recyclable in the Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and PE streams, when paired with a High-Density PE, PP or PET bottle. Other sustainable attributes include a POM-free design also capable of integrating Post-Consumer Recycled Resin (PCR).

High-Performing And E-Commerce Capable
Designed with a robust bellow technology located outside of the dosage chamber, Novus Advance offers a consistent dispensing of medium doses (350 μl and 500 μl) while ensuring broad compatibility with most formulations, even with short chain alkanes. This high-performing pump adapts from low to high viscosities, for oils, creams, and serums across body, sun, and hair care applications*.
The twist-to-lock mechanism and cap-free design ensure an easy, effortless and secure opening and closing of the pump. Novus Advance has passed our rigorous in-house ISTA-6 testing protocols for omnichannel packaging needs, guaranteeing it withstands the unique challenges of e-commerce shipping**.
