RISE Program
Aptar’s RISE Program is a two‑year, immersive engineering experience designed to accelerate early‑career growth and build the next generation of technical leaders. Through three eight‑month rotations across multiple U.S. locations, participants gain real‑world exposure to manufacturing, quality assurance, continuous improvement and automation while contributing to meaningful, impact‑driven projects from day one.
RISE engineers benefit from dedicated mentorship, career coaching and professional development through Aptar’s award‑winning Corporate University to help guide their long‑term paths. The program offers engineers deep, cross‑functional learning and the opportunity to help shape the future of Aptar’s innovative packaging and dispensing solutions while exploring where their own strengths can make the biggest impact.
