Versatile Spray Pump for High-Viscosity Formulas

PZ2 is a versatile spray pump with reliable operation and robust design for high-viscosity and oil-based formulas. It offers a variety of aesthetic options including three caps and nine actuators. Moreover, ribbed or smooth neck finishes, matte finish and metal shroud options are also available to match your brand needs. Choose from various inserts for optimal output, based on the formula type.

PZ2 is also available with four unique e-commerce* capable options and optimized for omnichannel packaging needs. Choose from PZ Jazz, a mini trigger spray pump with a built-in, twist- to-lock ring, PZ E-Cap with a reinforced cap, PZ Tamper Evident, with a built in tamper evident seal for extra product protection, or PZ Twist with a twist-to-lock mechanism which eliminates the need for a cap.

This sustainable spray packaging solution is available with a POM-free insert, as well as in Post-Consumer Recycled Resin (PCR – actuator, collar and cap).

  • PZ2 HV (for formulas slightly more viscous than water)
  • PZ2 DLD1 (for high-viscous formulas)
  • PZ2 DLDk (for viscous formulas)
  • PZ2 190 DL USD 2 (for a two-way spray application)
