Refillable Lipstick Packaging Aesthetically Designed and Easy to Use  

Private Refill is a refillable lipstick packaging solution with a non-guided mechanism designed for a premium experience. The refill hides all technical parts under one sleek metal shell. It also features a click closure and unique key that effortlessly plugs into the base of the lipstick. This unique security system enables that refills only work with the corresponding base, and cannot be used alone or on another lipstick. Private Refill is POM-free, styrenics-free and silicone-free. A variety of customization options are available for standard casing decoration, including digital printing.


Private Refill is designed and manufactured in the 100-old facility of Aptar Chavanod, which is renowned as “Living Heritage Company” (EPV) by the French State, in recognition of its excellent industrial know-how.

    Unlike existing refillable lipstick mechanisms, Private Refill features a sleek metal shell hiding all technical components, from the ring to the cup. The refill is elegant in design and secure thanks to an additional protective overcap.

    Easy Refill System

    Simply separate the empty lipstick from its base by pulling gently, then insert the new refill inside the lipstick base by pressing gently until it clicks. The gesture is intuitive and easy.

    Fully Customizable

    Private Refill offers a wide range of decoration and personalization options for all components. Metal parts can be anodized in all colors and logos can be engraved on the protective overcap or the base of the lipstick.

    The Private Refill lipstick casing is made-to-last and reusable. Choose from many standard decorations, including digital printing, or create a custom-made casing to best fit your brand.
