Aptar Pharma’s Breath Actuated Inhaler (BAI), is used in conjunction with a pressurized metered dose inhaler (pMDI) to automatically trigger the inhaler spray actuation when the patient is breathing in. This can greatly reduce patient coordination errors and improve their compliance for all patients with asthma and COPD.
Our BAI metered dose inhaler can also integrate a dose counting function to remind patients of the number of doses remaining for chronic respiratory conditions like asthma and COPD.
