At Aptar, Taylor works cross-functionally to drive Aptar sustainability efforts especially regarding strategy development, communication, and reporting. In the larger industry, she works to ensure Aptar’s voice is represented within our partner organizations.

For the 2021 list, the selection committee considered industry and public service, leadership potential, career advancement and sustainability as key factors in selection. Additionally, nominees were encouraged to share their stories and thoughts on topics including the pandemic, as well as diversity and inclusion.

Taylor explains that she wants to “make an impact on something that affects people across the globe” as she “advocates for a more circular economy to address social and environmental imperatives that create purpose and shared societal value.”

Taylor joined Aptar in 2017 as an intern with the Global Sustainability department and later accepted a full-time position upon graduation from Duke University’s Environmental Management Master’s program. Find Taylor’s profile and full coverage interview here.

Profiles of all honorees will run in print and online and Plastics News hopes to feature those selected at virtual or in-person event in 2022.
