Energy Management and CDP (formerly known as the Carbon Disclosure Project)
Aptar has responded to CDP investor and supply chain information requests annually since 2008, as well as the CDP water survey since 2013. We have seen steady improvements in our disclosure score over that time and are committed to maintaining this progress. Our CDP responses can be accessed by search "AptarGroup" on the CDP website.
Aptar committed to achieve at least a 75% transparency score by the reporting year 2015. We surpassed that score in reporting year 2013, and the transparency scores were eliminated from the CDP scoring process in reporting year 2015. For this reason, Aptar developed new targets based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Further explanation of our GRI-based targets are provided in our Corporate Sustainability Report. The chart below shows our CDP progress over the past four years.
