Employees at every level of the company are expected to maintain a pro-active, conscientious attitude toward issues of health and safety, to accept responsibility for their own safety and for the safety of those with whom they work. Also, it is the policy of the Aptargroup to comply with all local and national labor laws. While Aptargroup does not have one centralized community support network due to our broad geographic presence, we encourage our operations to support their local communities according to local customs and needs.

At the heart of our core values is a requisite that we will manage our businesses with respect for nature and future life on Earth. Accordingly, we have established global and regional environmental committees to address the ways in which our products and processes could impact the environment. We also partner with our customers and our suppliers to identify ways to reduce the environmental impact throughout the packaging supply chain.
